Swasan ff:An Incomplete Scrapbook ( Foul Plays Of Destiny) Episode 18

Laksh's POV:
"Sometimes human beings are just mere toys in the hand of destiny. Destiny plays with us till it wants. Whatever we may do, but we can't fight against destiny for long & have to mend our ways in favour of it." I was busy with my laptop in doing some coding to hack the bank account of George. I didn't know how much time had passed till now. I was working with this code & trying to apply it successfully without any error. Oh! What a relief. Finally after so much struggle, I got the way of successful implementation of the coding. Was it not the game of destiny?? Earlier, the easy going guy Laksh Rathor had a peaceful and bliss life with his mother & sister. But look at the irony of fate! Due to my mother's serious illness, I had to involve in this line to get a lump sum amount of money for the cure of my mother, which indeed couldn't be done by my medical study alone. Over the top, I was also not a professional doctor rather a mere intern...

The alarm sound of the clock broke my thoughts and I checked the time in laptop. Oh god! It was already 4 AM. I had to call Captain to inform him about the successful implementation of the coding which would help him in recovery of his money from George's account. I searched my mobile and it was kept on bed. As soon as I picked up it to dial Captain's number, I found out that it was in switched off mode. I opened it and to my utter surprise, I had got 29 missed calls from Sanskar. I was hell worried. "Is he fine? Why has he called me so many times? Is he injured during chasing some targets? Has he sustained any bullet injury?" While I was thinking about all these aspects, I dialed his number. But alas! The voice message came as busy...

As soon as I cut the call, my mobile ringed. It was none other than Sanskar. I picked up the call hurriedly and asked,"Are you OK sanskar? Is everything fine? Why have you called me so many times? Is there any emergency?" I asked all these questions in one go without even taking a single pause. I was too panic that time to hear his answer. As this was the world of darkness, here the ruler was the sinister dark object which took away lives at its own will. It wouldn't show mercy upon anyone while engulfing them to darkness completely. Just then I heard Sanskar's voice. He said,"Laksh! Where are you? I have been trying your number for 4 hours... OK! Where ever you may be, come to our place as soon as possible and yes! Come fast!"

By listening to his voice, I was confirmed that he was worried and the way he emphasized the words 'come fast' that made me hell worried. To eradicate my doubts, I asked him," Why are you so much worried? What has happened? Are you OK? Answer me yaar....." He snapped back to me,"Laksh! Stop firing questions. Come fast and you will eventually know your answers!" Before I could ask further questions, the call was already disconnected.

My heart was filled with many mixed anxieties.. After talking to him, I felt that he was fine but then why was he worried? Why didn't he tell me anything about the matter? Why did he call me so many times? There were lots of questions in my mind but I couldn't even find out one answer to these questions. Why life was too much complicated??.. I didn't waste more time on thinking about these things and dressed up quickly and rushed out towards my car. While travelling, suddenly I remembered that I had to call captain. But I ignored to call him as I didn't know why did sanskar call me for so many times.. He must had needed me so badly that led him to call me multiple times. But if I would call master now & he would give me any further tasks, then meeting with Sanskar would be difficult in my part. I couldn't afford to loose this meeting.. I had to find out what exactly happened with him...

How could I neglect Sanskar? He was no less than a saviour to me. He saved me and my sister from life threatening danger & molestation respectively. For me, he wasn't a slayer but a rescuer. I didn't know much regarding him but I could bet that he was a man with golden heart. I didn't know why he opted this line but still he was possessing a bright ray of humanism in this world of obscurity. Like a flame which had the ability to eradicate the darkness by perishing it gradually. All the way, I was thinking about his favourable deeds & supports towards me & my family. Now it was my turn to pay back. Just then I reached in front of the dark world palace and went in to meet Sanskar.

Sanskar's POV:
"Time and tide waits for none." Genuine enough! It was the time which was passing out of my hand. She was lying unconsciously like a lifeless flesh and I was standing in front of her helplessly. My repeated attempts to reach laksh were going in vain and fear of loosing her was rotating in my mind. "Sometimes we, human beings feel like problems are the real issues of our lives. But No... It's not true. Not finding the solution to the problem is even a greater issue than facing the problem." The same thing was happening with me. She hadn't regained her consciousness and the only source, Laksh, who could help me in this situation, was unreachable.

Four hours had already passed. I again dialed Laksh's number & luckily his phone was reachable this time. He was firing questions to me about my health and why did I call him so many times? I didn't know how to tell him about my target. I didn't know how would he react after viewing the soft side of humanism in me? I couldn't give him any details on phone and also I didn't want to consume more time in discussion. So, I said him to come soon & categorically emphasized the 'come soon' words. I was aware about Laksh. He wouldn't stop until he would get satisfactory replies to his queries. So, I disconnected the call immediately & was waiting for his arrival now.

He reached here after 20 minutes of my call. As soon as he arrived here, he rushed towards me and examined me carefully. I could sense his nervousness for me. So, before he could ask me any further questions, I said,"I'm fine Laksh. I need your help urgently for another cause." After listening about my fineness of health, he was a bit relieved & asked,"What's the matter Sanskar? Is there anything related to George? Don't worry. I have successfully implemented the codes & tomorrow that work will be done." I didn't know what I should tell him now. How could I explain him about my position? Could I say that I had to save this girl as she resembled my mother or could I say that she was the girl who had created a ray of remorse in an assassin's life.

Laksh patted on my shoulder & my series of thoughts were broken. But I was unable to answer his queries. Laksh was looking at me with suspicious eyes. Without answering anything, I dragged him towards my room where she was sleeping & said,"Laksh! Cure this girl. She was my target and before knowing the truth I can't let her die. Captain needs important information from this girl." I said all these things without making any eye contact with laksh & trickily avoided the real cause to survive her & sidelined the matter towards captain. So that Laksh couldn't ask me any further questions.  As expected Laksh didn't fire any more questions & went to check up her. As soon as laksh rotated her body and saw her face, he said, "Swara Suryavansi."
